We have moved out of the cabinets and into a larger area. We have been planning to do this for a while, but waiting for the right pitch to become available.

Last week that became available, so it was action stations.

First of all, measuring up the space so i could build a signature back board.

That took quite a bit of work. Battens across the back and i used Chalk Paint for the Lettering.

We took these to Freemens Common Antiques Centre on Saturday morning, to install as soon as we could.

After some fettling to get everything right it started to come together.

Boards up and time to get the shelves in. This was less of a job than putting the back up.

I’ve started to put some awesome photographs up from garethnormanphotography.com as well.

The rest of the day was taken pricing and displaying some of the great Antiques and Vintage Items.

And here’s a few photos of the first items in the Shop. This stock will rotate and some of the smaller items are also listed on Ebay and also in the shop on this website.

If you get a chance to go down to Freemens Common Antiques Centre, drop in and tell me what you think of the space.

Antique Centre Location

Got to say a big thankyou to the guys at the Antique Centre for puttng up with the disruption and for the use of Henry the Hoover.

We are a small team of history enthusiasts who feel the history of things is important, and should be passed on as much as possible.

This blog will usually have an accompanying item for sale in the SHOP, but some will just be about curios, antiques, items and dates that fascinate us.
