Starting the Christmas Shopping?

I have been watching a little TV in this lockdown, and noticing that Christmas is FAST approaching. Lots of adverts trying to garner your attention, and getting your christmas presents in early.

Rightly so as well. This year has been a pretty bad one by all measures, and i think we should go into Christmas with our best foot forward.

I thought i’d take a little tour of some of our for sale items.

First up this restored EDL Work Lamp.

Brought back to life by Gaz Of All Trades, you can watch the video here.

This looks amazing, and would be fantastic side table lamp, or reading lamp.

I have £150.00 on this lamp, but always open to sensible offers.

Second a few great bits of pottery from the Dutch City of Gouda

I have 2 Vases and a traditional porcelain Clog available. These are so colourful, vibrant and visually distinctive. They would look fantastic with a bunch of tulips sitting on any table. Search for ‘Gouda’ in our shop and you will see the range we have available.

Following that, at christmas, a large bowl of nuts is always a feature. Now why not complement that with vintage or antique nutcrackers

We have quite a few available in different designs. Strong enough to crack any nut.

These are in our shop

Maybe an awesome Centrepiece or Candlesticks for the Christmas Table.

Maybe some Metal Fighting Cocks or Pheasants, or for the the ambience, a pair of barley twist oak candlesticks.

We have some available in the shop.

What About the Kids?

Can’t go wrong with vintage japanese and european tin toys.

Again all available in the shop.

If you see anything you like, or would like to put in an offer, please email us at wildcardcuriosities@gmail.com or contact us through facebook or instagram.

Also if you live local to Leicester, and you spend over £40 we do offer a free delivery. The payment would contactless through paypal and the delivery contactless as well.

With some of our items we can’t get into the online shop, please keep an eye on our instagram feed for new items.

Thanks for looking through the blog and some of our latest items. We love antique and vintage items, and also telling the stories behind the items.

We are a small team who want to keep history and story telling alive.
